I have been making this for years. I usually add in chicken, tomato and sometimes corn. Being gluten free it is easy to use free range eggs and gluten free flour. I absolutely love it for a meal or a snack.

An alternative to vegimite would be to a dark miso. Similar colour but different taste.

Loved my roll! I also added salt and lots of pepper to the mayonnaise.
